Kirsten Kemp

Kirsten Kemp, host of the popular TV series “Property Ladder,” is an outstanding realtor, designer, and entertainer.  At the age of four, Kirsten Kemp began performing with her parents in musical comedy and operettas throughout Mexico, Central and South America, and the United States.  After moving to Los Angeles, California at the age of 13, Kirsten Kemp captured several recurring roles and guest appearances on long-running TV shows.

Kirsten’s hit show, “Property Ladder,” airs regularly several times a week on TLC, the Learning Channel.  The show focuses on her expertise in flipping houses and property, the art of remodeling, decorating, and improving property, for pleasure, for sale, or for increasing the present value.  She provides valuable guidance to her at-home viewers at every stage of their property development, from the foundation to the finished project.  Kirsten Kemp combines Country French, deco, Mediterranean, and modern styles, with a touch of the eclectic.  Her suggestions for fabrics, leathers, and wall coverings add warmth, practicality, and elegance to each individual design.  Although she is probably best known for the comfortable, relaxed Santa Barbara style, her recent contemporary innovations have attracted an even greater number of people to her show.

Kirsten Kemp is bilingual, as well, having grown up in Mexico City, which has been helpful in expanding her audience to include many Spanish-speaking clients.  She is a delightful host, with fabulous ideas for your next remodeling project, big or small.  Today, Kirsten Kemp, married with two children, successfully balances a television career with interior decorating and real estate development.
