Property Ladder On TLC

Property flipping has become the latest reality television / home improvement subject to hit the cable networks.  The Learning Channel or TLC started the trend with and excellent show called Property Ladder.  The property flipping show Property Ladder takes a first time property flipper and provides the viewing audience with a great one hour show following around the property flipper as they choose a home, design a plan and purchase materials and perform construction.  Property Ladder shoots flips all over the country but tends to hit the hot real estate markets such as those found in California.  Property Ladder does a great job connecting the audience with the person flipping the property providing background information and showing alot of personality.  Because Property Ladder features first time property flippers there are problems occurring left and right as the first time property flipper makes mistakes.  Property Ladder is hosted by actress and fellow property flipper Kirsten Kemp who makes several appearances during the Property Ladder episode.  Initially Kirsten meets the property flippers and goes over the house to be flipped and the plan and budget.  Kirsten then makes another appearance mid way through the property flip to see how things are going.  Finally at the end Kirsten Kemp arrives to congratulate the property flipper on a job well done and then we see if the house sells while Property Ladder is still shooting or does the first time flipper have to sit on the property due to a slow sale.  Property Ladder shows on TLC every Saturday at 10:00pm ET/PT.
